Prabhas starrer Mirchi to release in February

Prabhas’ upcoming film Mirchi has wrapped up its shooting and it’s gearing up for release in the first week of February. For a long time, there was confusion over when exactly the film might release. Initially, there was buzz that the film would lock horns with Naayak and Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu in January; however, it’s now confirmed that Mirchi has dropped out of the box office race during Sankranthi. Koratala Shiva is making his

debut as a director with this film which has Prabhas, Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyay in lead roles. Pramod Uppalapati and Vamshi Krishna are producing the film under UV Creations banner. Talking about the film, the producers said, “We recently wrapped up the film’s shooting in Bangkok and currently, the film is in post-production. The audio will be launched in the first week of January.”
